During this two-hour journey, you’ll enjoy unforgettable views from a sailboat or catamaran while passing by historic landmarks such as the Arrábida Bridge, the old Customs House, the Port wine cellars, and the remarkable Luiz I Bridge. As the cruise continues toward the mouth of the river, you’ll feel the refreshing Atlantic breeze and savor a glass of Port wine while admiring the picturesque Foz do Douro and the modern cruise terminal. Throughout the experience, the boat’s amenities—including WiFi, a toilet, blankets, a Bluetooth speaker, and a sheltered seating area—ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. Your journey begins at BBDouro in Douro Marina, located in Afurada, Vila Nova de Gaia. Please allow for city traffic to ensure timely arrival, as check-in takes place 15 minutes before departure, and late arrivals may lead to the tour starting without you. Upon reaching the marina, head to gate D at the pier, where a skipper will welcome you and guide you to your boat. This experience is suitable for all levels of physical ability, though it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility—however, accessible tours are available upon request. To make the most of your cruise, wear comfortable clothing, bring a warm jacket, sunglasses or a hat, and sunscreen.

Great experience for a half day tour of the Douro Valley! Andre was wonderful, knowledgeable, and was a great tour guide and driver. We also loved Pedro and the dogs at the vineyard! We had a lovely time and the wine was fantastic. We would book again in a second!
Such a great experience! Luis made our tour so much fun and this day was a highlight of our trip. The boat ride through the valley was informative and beautiful. The wine tasting was intimate and relaxing, with their wines labelled after the dogs that we got to spend time with during the visit. Everyone was so lovely and warm during every phase of our day and cannot recommend this tour enough!!
